We are looking to hire a qualified & skilled “Office Admin” with the following Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
– Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines and printers).
– Professional attitude and appearance.
– Solid written and verbal communication skills.
– Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
– Hard worker, willing to learn.
– Experience +1 years in the marketing field.
– Excellent command of Arabic and English Language.
– Males and females are welcomed.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
– Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing, and announcing them appropriately.
– Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls.
– Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g., pens, forms, and brochures).
– Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
– Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
– Order front office supplies and keep an inventory of stock.
– Update calendars and schedule meetings.
– Keep updated records of office expenses and costs.
– Perform other clerical admin duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.
– Drafting letters and other documents.
– Responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support to ensure that services are provided are provided effectively and efficiently.
