UBOs Register

On May 1st, 2020, the Egyptian Minister of Supply and Internal Trading issued the Ministerial Decree No. 41 of 2020 to amend some provisions of the Executive Regulations of the Law No. 34 of 1976 regarding the Commercial Register.

In December 2022, the Internal Trade Development Authority (ITDA) announced that the Decree now entered into force, and the application is required to be filled and submitted for maintaining the Beneficial Owners Register (UBOs Register). Read more…
