Amira Shahin Associate

Amira has gained a great deal of experience in commercial law and litigation, having worked in international and regional firms within the UK and MENA region.

Amira has been involved in a number of legal due diligence exercises and various transactions across different jurisdictions. She also has experience advising clients in relation to their commercial disputes and in international arbitration.

Amira holds a LLB and LLM specializing in international commercial law. Amira is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives.

She is fluent in English and can speak Arabic.
