Ahmed Ramadan joined Levari in November 2023 as part of the Corporate, M&A, and
Commercial department.
Ahmed is experienced in drafting and reviewing agreements such as service
agreements, shareholder agreements, consignment agreements, convertible
instruments (Convertible Notes, SAFE, KISS), employment agreements, and franchise
agreements as well as conducting Due Diligence for companies involved in fundraising
investment rounds and Mergers and Acquisitions.
Ahmed is highly skilled in incorporating various types of companies in different
jurisdictions and providing post-incorporation services such as ordinary general
meetings (OGM), extraordinary general meetings (EGM), providing legal advice,
conducting legal research, negotiation, and drafting various types of contracts.
Ahmed holds an LLB from Ain Shams University and has completed courses from
prestigious institutions including Harvard and Cambridge Universities.
