Ali is a highly skilled corporate lawyer who joined Levari Law Firm in March 2021.
He is specialized in corporate and commercial law. He has a noteworthy track record
of advising clients on complex M&A transactions, including conducting due diligence,
negotiating Fundraising and Joint Ventures agreements, and managing legal
procedures related to company incorporation, registration, and restructuring
according to the local laws and offshore jurisdictions. His expertise extends to
various sectors, including SAAS, E-Commerce, E-learning, Supply chain, and
Fintech, where he provides clients with tailored legal solutions that align with their
business objectives.
Ali holds an LLB and LLM from Mansoura University and is an active member of the
Egyptian Bar Association since 2019.
He is fluent in Arabic and English.
