Hisham joined Levari in March 2022 and is part of the Corporate and Commercial
department.
Hisham has extensive expertise in reviewing and preparing a wide range of
agreements, including Shareholder Agreements, Agency Agreements, Convertible
Instruments (Convertible Notes, SAFE, KISS), Partnership Agreements, and
Employment Contracts.
Hisham also has wide experience in incorporating various types of companies in
different jurisdictions as well as conducting Due Diligence for companies involved in
fundraising investment rounds and Mergers and Acquisitions, negotiating, and drafting
the Shareholders’ Agreements.
Hisham holds an LLB and LLM from Mansoura University. He also holds a professional
certificate in Business Negotiations from Indiana University and is an active member of
the Egyptian Bar Association since 2021.
He is fluent in Arabic and English.
