Jennifer Maxwell-Harris is a consultant solicitor advising Levari’s clients.
She was formerly a partner in a central London law firm and has wide experience of corporate employment law and corporate governance .
Jennifer advises companies, boards of directors and executives and assists in negotiating contracts and settlement agreements. She has extensive experience of employment and directors’ aspects of corporate transactions including transfers of undertakings, share sales and purchases, group and company reorganizations and cross border transactions.
She advises on all aspects of employment law including employee incentives and employee relations, as well as performance management and conduct issues, discrimination and whistleblowing. Business immigration advice includes sponsor licences, skilled worker, global mobility and global talent visas, as well as advice on dependants and families.
Jennifer is a qualified solicitor of England and Wales and obtained her LLM from the London School of Economics, specialising in corporate and employment law.
