Marwa joined Levari in April 2022 as the Senior Partners-Executive Personal Assistant and has been promoted to be the Operations Manager of the firm starting March 2024.
Marwa is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the firm. She manages the team of associates and other support staff who handle everything from document review to case management.
She is also responsible for developing new processes or procedures to streamline workflows or improve efficiency.
This might include anything from creating a system for tracking matters to following up on software used by the team to perform their jobs more effectively, identifying and implementing ways to improve the firm's efficiency and productivity.
Before joining Levari, Marwa has gained a vast experience working in the Educational Management field. She also holds an HR Certificate from RITI.
Marwa is a strong professional with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from the Faculty of Commerce (English Division) - Ain Shams University.
She is fluent in Arabic and English.
