Mohamed joined Levari in 2017 working at the Corporate and Commercial department.
During that period, Mohamed handles clients' corporate matters such as corporate
governance, employment, and intellectual property matters. As part of his training, he
attended court hearings in Egypt and in the UAE.
Mohamed advised Levari clients over the last 6 years in different matters from
negotiation to contract drafting and reviewing across the MENA region some of which
is related to commercial advisory matters, regulatory projects, merges and
acquisitions, venture capital structuring.
Mohamed undertook various legal due diligence exercises on companies located in
different jurisdictions including Egypt, UAE, Jordan, and KSA.
Mohamed has worked with many Tech companies across the region and has been
involved in drafting and negotiating Share Purchase Agreements, Shareholder
Agreements, Share Subscription Agreements, Investment Agreements, Distribution
Agreements, Employment Related Agreements, Service Agreements, Joint-Venture
Agreements, Insurance Agreements, Production Agreements, SAAS, Agreements,
NDAs, License Agreements, IP transfer Agreement, Franchise Agreement, and many
other ancillary documents.
He holds an LLB and is an active member of the Egyptian Bar Association
Mohamed is fluent in Arabic and English.
