Mohamed joined Levari in October 2023 and is part of the Corporate and M&A
department.
Mohamed has extensive expertise in reviewing and preparing a wide range of
agreements, including Shareholder Agreements, Agency Agreements, Convertible
Instruments (Convertible Notes, SAFE, KISS), Partnership Agreements, and
Employment Contracts.
Mohamed also has wide experience in incorporating various types of companies in
different jurisdictions as well as conducting Due Diligence for companies involved in
fundraising investment rounds and Mergers and Acquisitions, negotiating, and drafting
the Shareholders’ Agreements.
Mohamed holds an LLB and LLM from Ain Shams University, he has been an active
member of the Egyptian Bar Association since 2022.a
