Seif joined Levari in August 2025 as a member of the Dispute Resolution Department. He has substantial expertise in arbitration, with experience in drafting notices of arbitration, legal memoranda, and legal opinions, as well as advising on a wide range of commercial and contractual disputes. He supports clients throughout all stages of arbitral proceedings, ensuring comprehensive legal representation.
In addition to arbitration, Seif has significant experience in litigation, particularly in civil, commercial, compensation, and construction-related disputes before the Egyptian courts. He has also been involved in cross-border arbitration and litigation matters across the Gulf region, notably in the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar, where he contributed to the development of dispute resolution strategies and the drafting of complex contracts.
Seif holds a LLB (Hons) in Law from Cairo University and is among the top of his class of 2022, as well as a LLM in Private Law and International Commercial Law from Ain Shams University.
He is admitted to the Egyptian Bar Association at the Primary Court level and is fluent in both Arabic and English.
