Shaza joined Levari in January 2022 after completing her internship program with Levari.
Shaza has broad experience in reviewing and drafting various types of agreements and contracts including Shareholder Agreements, ESOP Agreements, Fundraising Agreements, and Employment Contracts. She also specializes in providing legal consultations in four different jurisdictions (USA, Egypt, Jordan, and the KSA), where she advises clients on several corporate aspects such as company formation, compliance, and corporate structuring.
Shaza received her LLB from Ain Shams University-English division, and an active member of the Egyptian Bar Association since 2022.
She is fluent in Arabic and English.
