Levari supports SMEs in Egypt

The legal procedures to establish a startup is the first and most important step facing entrepreneurs. Perhaps the entrepreneurial sector lacks a law firm specializing in the needs of startups companies while taking their first steps towards establishing their businesses.

Sherif Hefni, Partner at Levari, stated that Levari launched a new product supporting entrepreneurs to set up their companies, as well as providing them with free legal advice.

Hefni is an Egyptian entrepreneur who completed his BA in Business & Psychology from the University of Northampton (UK), he held several senior management positions at international and national companies in the UK such as Euromoney PLC, he worked as a lawyer in the UK for five years, then with the United Nations International Labor Organization in Geneva. He then moved with Crowell & Moring International Law Office to Egypt. Hefni further undertook postgraduate qualifications in law allowing him to be called to the Bar of England & Wales and qualifying as a Barrister.

After having direct contact with the Egyptian market, he noticed the low quality of legal services offered to startups in Egypt and decided to establish \”Levari Entrepreneur Model\” to fill the gap.

In November 2012, Levari was established in association with Pitmans, an international corporate law firm, headquartered in the UK.

This association allowed Levari to serve the Egyptian entrepreneurial sector locally and internationally, promising entrepreneurs a legal secure future should they decide to expand their businesses internationally.

Hefni pointed out that entrepreneurship is often accompanied by a lack of financial resources, so  Any entrepreneur can contact Levari and book a free hour to explain his legal concerns, discuss solutions to those concerns and support its implementation along with flexible payment plans.
