Tarek has joined Levari in 2024 with an extensive expertise in interacting with governmental and non-governmental agencies, managing trademarks, and dealing with customs authorities.
He is skilled in representing companies before the General Authority for Investment and Free Zones (GAFI), incorporating various types of companies, drafting and ratifying Board of Directors' resolutions, Ordinary General Meetings (OGMs), and Extraordinary General Meetings (EGMs).
Tarek holds an LLB from Cairo University.
He is fluent in English and Arabic.
