Umar joined Levari in October 2024 and is currently part of the Corporate Team.
With over three years of legal experience in both private practice and in-house roles, Umar has developed expertise across real estate, litigation, and commercial law. He has advised clients on complex legal issues, coordinated litigation matters, and assisted in commercial agreements and transactions. In addition to Cairo, his international experience also includes Pakistan and Dubai.
Since joining Levari, Umar has been involved in corporate due diligence as well as IP assignments, corporate restructuring, cross-border equity investment transactions and drafting Partnership Agreements, Shareholder Agreements and other ancillary documents.
Umar holds an LLB from SOAS University of London and he is a qualified solicitor of England and Wales.
